SET 2 Type screw conveyor Boilers are designed for burning eko-bean type of fuel, including coal and timber, in an alternative combustion chamber. Eco-bean enables the best burning parameters in respect of pure fumes and minimum ashes. Up to 90% efficiency, several days basket capacity, the highest construction material quality make ENKA SET 2 Boilers comfortable, cheap and environment friendly source of heat. Available are 12 to 150KW ranges of power. The Boilers are designed for operation in an open type of installations with an option of appliance in closed type of systems. ENKA SET 2 Boilers are made of 6 to 8 mm boiler steel making the water insert, profiled and bent in 70%, with no welding used. Temperature exposed elements: boiler door, wash-hole covers and door elements are made of cast-iron and coated with thermal paint and insulated with ceramics. The Boiler enables high efficiency and access to service parts, and servicing EKO MAX 800 enables capabilities of control in the environment of different combinations of floor heating, HHW and CH. In front of the Boiler, the upper door are used to clean the condensation section, with central door for traditional type of burning (when placing cast-iron grate), while the bottom door is used for igniting the fuel delivered by conveyor, and bottom door (ashes) including the tray for ash removal. The fuel is delivered from fuel basket by screw conveyor. Fuel is burned in cast-iron fixed combustion chamber.
SET 2 Model is normally equipped with weather sensor and all sensors required by any type of installations.
