Due to revolving retort, the SET 2 Type Boilers with screw conveyor are designed for burning eko-bean and powder type of fuel. Eco-bean enables the best burning parameters in respect of pure fumes and minimum ashes. Well selected Boiler enables up to 5 to 10 days of automatic operation, and HHW operation during summer-time, up to 30 - 60 days. These devices are made in of 15 to 75KW capacities. The Boilers are designed for operation in an open type of installations with an option of appliance in closed type of systems. ENKA SET 3 Boilers are made of 6 to 8 mm boiler steel making the water insert, profiled and bent in 70%, with no welding used. Temperature exposed elements: boiler door, wash-hole covers and door elements are made of cast-iron and coated with thermal paint and insulated with ceramics. The Boiler enables high efficiency and access to service parts, and servicing EKO MAX 800 enables capabilities of control in the environment of different combinations of floor heating, HHW and CH. In front of the Boiler, the upper door are used to clean the condensation section, with central door for traditional type of burning, and the bottom (ashes) door for ash removal. The fuel is delivered from fuel basket by screw conveyor. Fuel is burned in cast-iron revolving combustion chamber. ENKA SET 3 are normally equipped with water grate enabling burning solid fuels (timber, coal) in a traditional way of brining, for example in case of lack of electricity.
SET 3 Model is normally equipped with room thermostat, weather sensor and all sensors required by any type of CH installations.
