Due to the revolving retort, the SET 4 Type Boilers with screw conveyor are designed for burning eko-bean and powder type of fuel. This is a new solution enabling burning of vast quantity of different waste with high effectiveness of burner after such process. Using pallet fuel, the constant burning last 4 to 7 days, while the ash-tray capacity is sufficient for 30 to 40 days of operation. The Boilers are designed for operation in an CH, open type of installations with an option of closed type. Apart from electrical protection system, the burner supports also water protection of STRAŻAK type. ENKA SET 4 Boilers are made of boiler type 6-8 mm steel. They are constructed of steel body, profiled or bent in 70% without welding. Temperature exposed elements: boiler door, wash-hole covers and door elements are made of cast-iron and coated with thermal paint. The Boiler enables high efficiency and access to service parts, and EKO MAX 800 control system enables capabilities of control so far beyond reach in CH Boilers with basket. ENKA SET 4 are normally equipped with secondary combustion with fixed grate enabling burning of solid fuels (for example timber, coal) in a traditional way.
